It was like Christmas and I even got a voucher!

Good morning ladies,

I am writing to you to let you know what a wonderful experience I have had with Style Palace.
I received a phone call from my girlfriend letting me know that you were open for your birthday celebrations; being a shop-a -holic I just had to check it out.

I arrived to be greated by friendly staff, and although sadly your lights had failed I was able to shop at my leisure. I tried on a fabulous dress (Life With Bird) but sadly the size I wanted was snapped up by another fashion lover.

On Monday morning I logged onto your website and found another dress that I loved, but had also sent a request for the Life With Bird dress in a larger size.

That afternoon a lovely lady called me to let me know that my order had been processed (great) and that my request could not be met (boo). She was very helpful, even suggesting I come in and have a look at the store.

Yesterday I got my parcel (yeah)!!!! It was so beautifully wrapped. It was like Christmas, and I even got a voucher! The dress is fabulous. (I am wearing it now!)

I am hooked!
I have also let all my die hard shopping friends know all about Style Palace and the great service you provide.
