I just wanted to say thankyou so much for providing such a great online shopping experience!
I had trouble ordering the dress that I wanted, but after an email, it was quickly processed and promptly delivered.
Then when I had to exchange sizes, you guys were more than happy for me to do that. Correspondance was again quick and friendly!
When visiting the studio to pick up the dress, staff were inviting and lovely… an awesome service throughout the whole process – which is a rare find these days unfortunately!
