I just wanted to say thank you so much for a wonderful and friendly shopping experience. From my first phone call through to literally receiving my beautiful clothes the very next day it has been a pleasure dealing with you. I know sometimes people don’t always take the time to say thank you, but are ever so quick with negative feedback, so I thought I would let you know what a lovely surprise it was to come into work today and find my parcel already here waiting for me.
